1．Double waterproof

As Ferris wheels rotate 360 degrees，the rain may hit the lamps from all directions．As a measure，we can use the case which is IP65 level waterproof，and furtherly the parts’  metal-naked inside will cover the silicone，even if the water flowed in the case，it would not affect the lamp because of the double waterproofing structure design．

2．lighting's backup

High powered floodlights are the most easily broken．Market products usually use a block module．If one block is broken, the floodlight illuminating effect will be bad．In this situation, maintenance would be necessary．

We design the LED floodlights as a parallel circuit．One or several LED chip broken will not affect the other LED chips．This way, the amount of maintenance work will be reduced compared with the ordinal type．

3．Waterproof Parts

Besides the case, the power switch is also above IP65 waterproof．The signal decoder is un-waterproof as usually sold on the market．We will contrive to cover the waterproof box or the silicone to make it the waterproof．

4．Vibrating harm countermeasure

While the ferris wheel is running, vibration occurs． The joint between the parts will easily unfasten．As a solution, we will add a cushion to decrease the bad affects of the vibrating; or add the touch area such as enlarging PCB' s solder pad, enlarging the touch area with LED chips．

5．Heat-Cold countermeasure design

Weather change, season shift especially day-night shift will make the Ferris wheel surrounding's thermal difference change severely．We have considered it in our design stage．

The PCB's solder pad will be designed to be as big as possible．The parts'  touch area will also be designed to be as big as possibel．This concept does not only good for antivibration but also a good measure against the heat expansion, cold contraction phenomenon．

As the functions increase, Mobile phones require the electronicparts to be smaller and smaller．On the contrary, outdoor lighting's parts are required to be big as vibration and heat-expansion countermeasure．

6．High quality parts adoption

Certainly the effort of strucrure is very important, the most important thing is ensuring the parts quality．We use China's top maker's products to keep the balance between the cost and the quality．As the most important thing, the quality is priority to be considered
